More about Palisade Fencing

A high-security steel perimeter system using triple-pointed pales, two horizontal rails and concrete-in steel posts.

System specification based on F.H. Brundle galvanised steel palisade components.

Typical bay2.75m nominal bay
Height options1.8m, 2.0m or 2.4m finished fence height
Posts98 × 55 × 6.72mm steel posts; overall post length matched to fence height
Dimensions and construction

A standard 2.75m bay uses galvanised triple-pointed W-section pales fixed to two steel angle rails. The pointed upright profile provides a strong visual and physical deterrent for commercial, industrial and higher-security boundaries.

As a guide, the 1.8m system uses 2325mm concrete-in posts; the 2.4m system uses 3125mm posts. Final embedment and foundations are confirmed for the ground and exposure on site.

What is included?
  • Galvanised W-section palisade pales in the selected height
  • Two horizontal rails per bay
  • Intermediate steel posts, fish plates, rail bolts and pale fixings
  • For the installed option: normal end/corner posts, concrete and standard installation into accessible ground
Planning your installation

One finishing post is required at the end of each run, with dedicated corner or gate posts where needed. Powder coating, gates, sloping ground, specialist foundations, removal work and restricted access are confirmed in the tailored quotation.
